Bask Bank, a division of Texas Capital Bank based in Dallas, is an exclusively online bank that specializes in savings accounts and certificates of deposit. However, its services are limited; there is no option for a checking account, and customers do not have access to ATMs or branches.
Following the stakeholder interview, I conducted a comprehensive heuristic evaluation to identify areas of improvement. I compiled a list of pros and cons, along with recommendations. For the design process, I led the team in incorporating design recommendations, and creating wireframes, user flows, diagrams, mockups, interactive prototypes for user validations.
In addition, I developed a design system framework to ensure consistency and efficiency in the final product.
